Use & Care Instructions

- Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
- To clean, unscrew the adjustment wheel and remove the ceramic cone. Brush off residue from both the grinder stone and cone.
- If needed, soak the ceramic cone in warm water to dissolve remaining spices. Allow all parts to dry fully for at least 24 hours before reassembling.
- When switching spices, grind a small amount of coarse salt to clear any remaining flavor or residue.
