About the Brand: For Samantha Rose, the idea for GIR started with a simple spatula…or more accurately, with her drawer full of spatulas. For a tool that’s so simple yet so important to any cook’s toolkit, she felt let down by every model she tried. She knew that to get it right, she would have to design her own. A 2012 Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign helped her pursue the GIR mission and bring our original spatula to life.
